GOING... GOING... GONE VIRTUAL
The 2025 IPATH Annual Meeting was originally scheduled to be held IN-PERSON at Embassy Suites by Hilton located in St Charles, Missouri, 18-20 June. The Board of Directors has received numerous requests from our dedicated scientific abstract presenters to withdraw their submissions, primarily due to travel restrictions imposed by their sponsoring institutions. These restrictions stem from current US immigration policies, compounded by funding cuts and significant delays and/or denial in securing travel Visas; leading to a regrettable impact on our Annual Meeting scientific program and in-person participation. While these unforeseen circumstances are beyond IPATH’s control, we remain steadfast in our commitment to our members, conference attendees, abstract presenters and the spirit of collaboration that defines the transport and health community. Consequently, the decision has been made to CANCEL the IN-PERSON conference, and transition to a VIRTUAL event.
You are invited to join us for a lively VIRTUAL program, 18-20 June 2025, filled with the unexpected. Dynamic abstract presentations and special sessions from leading researchers and practitioners from around the globe will fill the program. Zoom calendar invitations along with a brief summary will be sent out to all registered delegates within 24 hours of a scheduled session.
